Birding in a small northernmost baltic state is rewarding. For the birders from other parts of the Europe or even futher away, there are many highlight species to see.

Although birding can be done all year round, the most popular times to visit the country are late winter/early spring, spring/early summer or in the autumn.

Hazel Hen

Although Hazel Hen is quite widespread on the mainland (this species is not found on the islands), it´s far from being easy one to see. Hazel Hen is shy and good views needs a lot of patience, good local knowledge and luck. Most often Hazel Hen either call in thick forest or you get couple seconds long flyby views. But we have every spring trips then they show really well. Below are some images taken by Tarvo Valker on our birding tours.

    Booking terms

    Payment.
    Last date for the full payment of the tour is 10 weeks before the tour starts.

    Cancellations by you
    If you cancel your booking either through failure to pay the balance due or for any other reason, we may charge a cancellation fee calculated as follows:
    – 75 days before departure 50% of the holiday cost
    – 50 days before departure 75% of the holiday cost
    – 50 days or less before departure (or failure to join the holiday) 100% of holiday cost.

    If we cancel, we shall refund whatever money you have paid to us, in full. Our cancellations will be not less than 8 weeks before the tour starts.
